Gates of Olympus not enforcing strict adherence to any provision of these Terms of Use or the Gates of Olympus Privacy Policy, or not exercising any right under them, does not waive or relinquish Gates of Olympus’ right to assert or rely on that provision or right in the future.

Notices provided without compliance with this Notices section will have no legal effect.
Recognition is made that the rights and obligations granted to Gates of Olympus under these Terms of Use are of a unique and irreplaceable nature. The loss of these rights would harm Gates of Olympus irreparably and cannot be adequately compensated through monetary damages alone. Therefore, Gates of Olympus is entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief in case of any breach or anticipatory breach by the user.

Gates of Olympus is not responsible for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control. This includes unforeseen circumstances or events beyond Gates of Olympus’ control, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, civil or military authority actions, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
